Corsican winters are damp and windy: in a closed-up house damp settles in, and a tile shifted in November becomes a ceiling to redo in June. A house nobody ever visits also attracts break-ins.

A house that is looked after costs less than a house that must be repaired. No more round trips for a two-hour job, equipment that lasts, and everything ready when you arrive. Work on the house happens in winter, when you are not there: we are on site for you.
