We work with two kinds of owner: those who want to let their property out season by season on Airbnb or Booking, and those who own a second home in Haute-Corse and want a reliable local presence watching over it all year.
Guests are welcomed in French and English. Our commission is 20% of rental income without a pool and 25% with a pool, excluding cleaning and linen fees. À la carte services are quoted after visiting the property.
