Linguizzetta is part of A Sulana's service area, which covers the east coast of Upper Corsica from Moriani-Plage to Aléria. Our base is in Canale-di-Verde.

We already manage two houses in Linguizzetta: Villa Serra and the Stone House. Both are rented on Airbnb and looked after by our team throughout the season.

Our commission is 20% of rental income for a house without a pool and 25% for a house with a pool, excluding cleaning and linen fees.
