A Sulana conciergerie manages holiday rental houses in San-Giuliano and Alistro. Listings, guests, cleaning and upkeep: owners hand everything over to a team based on the east coast.

A Sulana conciergerie in San-Giuliano and Alistro

San-Giuliano, including the hamlet of Alistro, is part of A Sulana's service area, which covers the east coast of Upper Corsica from Moriani-Plage to Aléria. Our base is in Canale-di-Verde.

We manage two houses in San-Giuliano: A Casa di i Picci, a villa for 12 guests with pool and hot tub, and Casa Pisonaccio, a seafront house for 12 guests with beach access.

Our commission is 20% of rental income for a house without a pool and 25% for a house with a pool, excluding cleaning and linen fees.

Yes. For a second home that is not rented all year, A Sulana offers off-season checks with visits and a photo report after each one. This service is quoted free of charge.
