Property management in Costa Verde
A Sulana is based in Canale-di-Verde, at the centre of the Costa Verde. We manage houses as seasonal rentals on behalf of their owners and look after second homes along the coast, from Moriani-Plage to Linguizzetta.
The Costa Verde is the coastal strip of the eastern shore of Haute-Corse, between Moriani-Plage and Linguizzetta. It rests against the first slopes of the Castagniccia and matches the territory of the Castagniccia Mare e Monti local authority. Its villages come in pairs: a hill town in the chestnut groves, a marina below.
A Sulana is based there, in Canale-di-Verde. That is what makes it possible to be on site within minutes, for a guest arrival, a leak on a Sunday in August or a check-up visit in February. South of the Costa Verde, we also work on the eastern plain, as far as Tallone, Aléria and Antisanti.
Two needs come up again and again among Costa Verde owners. Renting the house in season without handling guests from a distance. Or keeping an eye on a second home the rest of the year. We cover both. The rental management commission is 20% of rental income without a pool, 25% with a pool, excluding cleaning and linen fees. Year-round property checks are quoted after a visit.
