When a house is not rented out there is no income for a commission to rest on. Care is therefore charged as a flat fee, based on how often someone calls in. As collected in September 2026, the packages published across the island run from about €65 a month for one monthly visit to a little over €200 for four, usually excluding garden and pool upkeep.
A Sulana made a different choice: a single package at €130 a month, with at least two visits a month and one more after every storm, at no extra cost. No tiered scale, no travel charges, no line appearing mid-year. The commitment is twelve months, because watching over a house only makes sense over time.
The package runs all year, including through the summer while the house is let. That is in fact when a problem costs the most: an air-conditioning failure in August should not be discovered in September.

Area covered: from Moriani-Plage to Aléria — the Costa Verde and the eastern plain. No travel charges within this area.
Two visits a month at minimum, one more after every storm. Shutters, doors and windows checked. Water, electricity and gas meters read. Plumbing and wiring inspected visually. A general check for anything out of place, and a relationship kept up with the neighbours.
Rooms aired, post collected, plants and garden watered, pool pump checked, heating set to frost protection or switched back on depending on the season, equipment followed month by month. The house breathes even when you are away.
